Terms and Conditions for SaaS
1. Introduction
Welcome to KLYSTRON GLOBAL SaaS platform powered by Odoo ERP. By purchasing, accessing, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Services Provided
Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to a pre-configured Odoo ERP instance tailored to your selected service package. This instance will be hosted and maintained by Klystron Global.
3. User Responsibility
• You are responsible for the confidentiality and security of your login credentials.
• You are solely responsible for the data you upload and the activities that occur under your account.
• The Odoo instance provided is for your use only, and reselling, sub-licensing, or sharing of access is prohibited.
4. Payment Terms
• All fees for the SaaS services are payable in advance and are non-refundable.
• Payments are processed via [Payment Processor]. Upon receipt of payment, access to the Odoo instance will be granted.
• Subscription renewals are automatic unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation terms specified in Section 7.
5. No Refund Policy
All payments made for the SaaS services are final and non-refundable. Once the payment is processed and the Odo instance is deployed, no refunds, cancellations, or credits will be issued, regardless of usage or any unforeseen circumstances.
6. Termination of Service
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time without prior notice if you violate these terms or engage in unlawful activities.
• In the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, we may terminate your instance without providing a refund.
7. Subscription and Cancellation
• Your subscription will automatically renew based on the term selected (monthly, annually, etc.).
• You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting customer support. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds or prorated amounts will be provided.
8. Maintenance and Downtime
• We strive to ensure the Odoo instance is available 24/7; however, we do not guarantee uptime and may perform scheduled maintenance that could result in temporary downtime.
• In the event of unexpected downtime, we will make reasonable efforts to restore services as quickly as possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
• Klystron Global will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Odoo instance or the inability to use the service.
• In no event will our liability exceed the amount you paid for the SaaS services.
10. Data Backup and Retention
• While we provide automated backups of the Odoo instance, you are responsible for ensuring your critical data is backed up regularly.
• We do not guarantee the availability of your data post-termination, and all data associated with your instance may be deleted following the termination of your service.
11. Changes to Terms
Klystron Global reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
